"Aircond tidak dipasang dlm bilik.. Aircond hotel nie adalah centralise aircond. Kerana kurang pengunjung, mereka tidak membuka aircond. Bila komplen maintenance kata aircond mereka mengunakan asas air. Mengarut sebab ini bukan kali permata saya menetap di hotel ini n selama ini tidak pernah ada masalah aircond. Amat teruk terpaksa tidur dalam kepanasan bersama anak. Too bad servis tidak setanding dengan nama hotel."

"The hotel is very close to the Sunway Lagoon waterpark which is the main reason we selected this hotel. It is also very right next to the Sunway Pyramid mall so very close to shopping and dining. There was some confusion with room booking and I had to upgrade ours to the family room to ensure we get 2 double bed. I suggest to ensure webpage does not allow the wrong selection since it is not a good feeling to have to pay more once you get there. The family room is quite nice. They provided robes...

"Amazing property in itself. We stayed at this hotel for convenience as we had an early flight and expected a economy bed and breakfast hotel, but what we got was 5* luxury. The hotel itself is amazing and deserves to be in central KL rubbing shoulders with the elite brands. If this hotel were to be in a more prestigious location, i would book it every day."
