"The property was exactly what the pictures showed. The view was ok was able to see the pool and the ocean from the room. Over all I would recommend. Please look into cleaning prices prior to arrival they charge you as soon as you arrive depending on your room and the room damage fees as well. "

"This resort was an enormous disappointment and felt like a complete misrepresentation of what was advertised. The beach was one of the biggest letdowns there was very little actual beach space, and it was not swimmable, which completely undermines the vacation experience. The pool chairs were extremely uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was dreary and uninspired. Everything was beige and generic, with the feel of a Midwest airport hotel rather than a luxury Caribbean...

"The room was very clean and well kept. Issues we had included a TV that suddenly stopped working while we watched and the lights in the bathroom flickered uncontrollably. We weren’t in the room much, so it didn’t affect us too much. However, the property itself was amazing with breathtaking views of the water and boats nearby. The staff is super friendly and responsive. Its location is in the center of everything in Simpson Bay but that also includes the traffic at certain times of the day that...

"The property was fully equipped with everything you need. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, big smart tv’s in living room & bedroom, bathroom come with hair dryer. The hotel is set up like an apartment. It’s next to all the restaurants & stores & night life. I would recommend you have a car to get up & down the parking garage or you will be walking up the hill. Also it’s a rooftop pool that’s 24 hrs. Only issue I had with my unit was the shower was back up"

"We have had another wonderful stay at Princess Heights Luxury Hotel. We were there for 12 days and we love the location. We had the ocean view to wake up to every morning which was amazing and lovely to sit on the patio to wake up slowly. Very quiet location, attentive staff, good restaurants within driving distance. Dawn Beach is close to walk to but small. We were lucky to see some monkeys while there also. We highly recommend this location, however, you do need a car or use a taxi to get...
