"It was extremely clean , quiet and relaxing for me and my husband. We will book Hotel Valencia every time we visit SanAntonio because of our experience. This was our first time at the Riverwalk and I can not express how much we enjoyed our time and stay in the area. I wish I could gate keep this hotel but I can't because staff, and the guys at the front door was nice and always asked if we needed recommendations for places to visit in the area. "Great getaway to Austin. Tons of restaurants close by as well as music venues. Walkable and convenient to all the touristy things you want to see. Bus stop right outside the door. Pool was a great respite in the late afternoon after walking in the heat all day! Bed super comfortable and plenty of room. The common areas are fun to hang out in and play board games ! "

"They really keep it too cold in the restaurants and common areas. Friendly staff. There is not a waiter at the pool and it was difficult to get a drink at the pool bar (understaffed). Odd that you’re not allowed to bring in your own beverages to the pool, yet trying to get a beverage at the pool is very difficult. Not a horrible experience; we had fun. It’s just there is need for improvements regarding the drink service at the hotel pool. "

"We had an amazing stay at The Fairmont in Dallas to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. From the moment we checked in, everyone we came in contact with went out of their way to go above and beyond in customer service. This was our first experience at a Fairmont Hotel and was by far the best hotel experience we ever had. Jack F and Philip P especially deserve recognition for outstanding service. We are from Chicago and will make it a point to stay at The Fairmont Dallas again! Superb hotel!!"
