"Crean room"

"Staff not helpful. I checked in, I was in the room with my family getting ready for the beach, my room was opened by another family. Staff had given the same room to another family. As per staff I was not registered which it’s does not make sense because I had given my ID , credit card and signed all their agreements and they activated my room. This is a safety concern for families, they can make they same mistake and someone can just open you room because they know what are they are doing....

"If you’re looking for easy access to the beach, this location is perfect. Also Kroger grocery store is across from the hotel. The AC and fridge inside of the room works perfectly.The elevator doesn’t have circulating air and I only saw one elevator outside of the lobby area. The rooms look like the picture however I could see what looks like mold inside of the bathroom on the walls and ceiling. The fan in the bathroom doesn’t turn off. I saw what looked like mold on the ceiling above the beds....

"We recently stayed at the San Luis Resort in Galveston and overall had a great time. The resort is beautiful, clean, and the amenities made for a relaxing vacation. The pool area, restaurants, and overall atmosphere were wonderful, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The only downside was an experience with the pool staff that left us feeling singled out. Empezando por la misma señorita que tienen en el área de check in, malos tratos, grosera con mi familia y haciendo desaires a todo lo que se le preguntaba para apoyarnos en el hotel. Tienen una persona encargada de cobrar renta ilegal de sombrilla con dos camastros, el servicio debería estar incluido en el costo de la habitación, en todo momento nos tenía presionando y hostigando con el cobro de la renta hasta que finalmente accedí a pagárselo, no da recibo y no...

"Got there.. parking was not included, maybe I missed that on the details. Bed sheets were stained, TV remote didn’t work, people were not supposed to be in the pool after 10pm, I had to call the office because our room was literally in front of the pool and it was 11 some and I thought I had Bad Bunny giving us a free concert inside our room…."

"My grandchildren had a great time at the pool and the lazy river and participated in all the activities they had a lot of fun. My Daughter was with us had it just been in my Husband and I we probably would’ve had a hard time getting around. But because we were located right across the street. From the activity center it was easy for us to navigate. I will know for next time to ask for the same location. If we would’ve been located anywhere else I’m not sure we would’ve been able to get around...
