"Loved my room, loved the location, loved staff. The breakfast had many options and the proportions are generous without being obscene. There is a nice bar on the weekends, a small gym and a spa I didn't get take advantage of and a nice calm vibe to counteract the hysteria of Florence."

"Everything was fine checking in, even the front desk lady showed me, where the breakfast area and the elevator going to the room. It’s the art hotel for those who love antique furniture, besides everything was okay. Except the downside was the mattress, when I laid down on the bed it goes down. Needed to use my hand to hold the edge of the bed to get up. Maybe it’s just me over 200 lbs"
