"Great location. You can really walk to anything you want to see in Florence. It's also only about a 5 minute walk to the train station. The hotel itself is truly historic with a nice entry and stairwell, but I found the room very plain and in need of updates."

"It's a well thought out concept of mixed living, part student housing, part work share space and part hotel. There is an amazing pool, garden space on the roof. There is also free laundry and an amazing breakfast buffet, with fresh squeezed orange juice. Both the staff and the guests are friendly. Also, a very nice gym on the main floor."

"We were only in Florence for a day and the Radisson was a great pick to park and take a tram to the city center. The hotel was so nice , comfortable and the bed and pillows were the best in Rome. There was only one problem. As Americans we didn’t know you had to insert the key card in by the door to make the lights and AC work. "It took awhile for staff to find our reservation through Expedia, we weren’t sure if it even existed on their end.. It’s about an hour walk to the city center, but bus, bike, taxi options are available. The staff were rude when we struggled to buy smokes from the machine in reception (if you don’t have European ID, good luck!). Our porch light didn’t work in our glamp tent and it wasn’t the best quality but amenities make it worth it- shops, restaurant, pool/jacuzzi, laundry, etc., though it...

"The room, breakfast and front counter staff were excellent. Overall was a nice experience. there was a wedding in the courtyard patio area during our stay on the first night and we couldn’t enjoy certain areas of the property. We would have liked to have been made aware of that. Instead of stumbling into their party and told it was private. Both men and the lady at the desk were extremely helpful and kind. As well as the morning breakfast lady."

"Stayed here while visiting Florence. Great location and the area is very walkable! However, for the price our air conditioning was on working, the shower leaked outside into the bathroom and soaked the floor, and the toilet would not flush. Beautiful property though and would overall recommended the hotel. I was just a little disappointed by those few things."

"While my wife and I enjoyed our stay there were a few maintenance issues we had to bring to their attention. The most discouraging was when part of the shower fell off and smashed my big toe resulting in some discomfort and a nasty bruise. When I reached out to management I got no response and that was disappointing. The breakfast is excellent and we enjoyed the location."

"My cousin and I were on a month trip with many stops in 4 countries. Florence was our 2nd last stop. Villa Nerolli was my favorite overall stay. It was so very relaxing with the scents of roses, bamboo, jasmine and wisteria everywhere. Simply beautiful and a symphony for all the senses. The food, service, pool, and drinks were fabulous 💖 I hope to make it back one day 🙏"

"This hotel was absolutely amazing and beautiful! Perfect location and walkable to every where, including train station. The decor, the cleverness every corner, the rooms were gorgeous and super well equipped. We had the medium blanco. The restaurant is ran by a famous chef and butcher in Italy. Bonus it was in the hotel. Courtyard super cute for late afternoon cocktail. We would highly recommend!"
