"Eggs were too wet, everything else great. At times air conditioning was on 23 but room was cold - seemed difficult to regulate Would be so nice if swimming pool was heated or if there was a hot tub"

"We enjoyed our stay in our bungalow. The room was very clean and the staff were attentive. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we didnt like was the bus route. We didn’t remove a star since it wasn’t the hotel fault, but it wasn’t reliable nor frequent."

"The room was very clean and given us a good amount of space, however the building had many stairs, 20 stairs from door to reception, again 22 stairs to your room, consider with heavy bags if you are staying for a short period or if you have knee problems."

"If you like traditional, charming, unique and personal touch, then this is your place. You are greeted by your name every time you enter the front door. They have staff taking care of all your needs. It’s nice to be away from the hyper modern non personal touch world for a few nights. I highly recommend !"

"Staff were superb. Efficient and friendly. Breakfast and lunch were very good. Didn't eat in the restaurant. Bar was perfect for us and bar snack one night was ample. Bit further out than expected as we'd searched Florence but not hotels fault but shuttle bus into town was 10 euros or bus is 1.70 but about a 1 mile walk. Room was clean, bed comfortable but shower area is open but camber seems off so water pools on bathroom floor unless you put a towel at the foot of the screen. Little...

"Staff was polite but not exactly friendly. Garden room was not what we expected. It’s just rooms on a terrace that you access by going outside. The only window is in the bathroom that is outdated and the plaster was cracked in the shower. The beds were pretty hard as well. "

"Centrally located hotel - everything is within a 20-minute walk. The rooms are clean and modern, but what sets this place apart is the staff. The front desk team, especially Leiann and Nick are incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast staff are also outstanding! They went above and beyond to make sure we have what we needed - and they make excellent cappuccino. I would recommend this place to family and friends, and will return here."

"The staff were nice and some were just doing their job. Shout out to Camila at reception and David the doorman who were very helpful and pleasant all throughout our stay. The room is decent but for the price we paid, I had expected more. The breakfast is decent but lacking as well. I think they are short handed for the amount of guest they have. Every time we go there for breakfast, they alway run out of some food and don’t refill them right away. Again, for the price we paid, we expected more....

"Our air conditioner didn't work, so I wouldn't recommend this place for summer. We opened the window but that just lets in mosquitoes. That said, this is a great value place to stay in Florence that's central, with very friendly staff, clean beds and rooms. Sound-proof windows, too. It didn't block out the screaming teenagers, but that's not the hotel's fault. Just rowdy kids. We'd stay again, for sure. "

"The staff is amazing, kind, and informative they were able to give us a map and locate all the sight seeing areas for us. The facility is clean, centralized where you can walk to all the areas but still off the main path so that it’s quit enough. Their breakfast items were good. I utilized their laundry services and it was pricey but really well worth it. Overall I would recommend and stay here again!"
