"I’ve traveled to various European destinations in Mexico and South America, but I’ve never encountered a five-star hotel with such a poorly maintained system. The patio was littered with discarded boards, and the shower leaked. The housekeeping left dirty towels in the rooms, and there were even dead roaches on the floor. "We loved everything about our stay - just wished we had stayed longer. The beachfront room was perfect for our family and the view was amazing. The beach was perfect for the kids to swim and snorkel and we even got to meet some friendly sting rays right off the shore! The restaurant had good food options - all of which were yummy. We will definitely be returning :)"

"The own beer Doug was super helpful and sweet. His wife decorates the property immaculately. The pool was down and no cushions but we were so busy exploring the island and beaches that it had no effect on our satisfaction. A great place to stay if you’re on the island. Would highly recommend for couples selling a quiet, romantic escape or groups selling a semi-private party pad. "

"My STRONG advice is to pay extra for a superior room. I stayed the economy double and it was not nice. Do not stay in 113, we had roaches in our room. I also stayed in 43 (I think) no roaches.
