"Excellent service"

"Le gros plus était navette pour l’aéroport. Pour ma part le seul désagrément est les chambres en tapis sinon tout était parfait."

"Excellent clean and conveniently located air conditioned hotel with cheerful, helpful staff. As it was our first time to Venice we particularly appreciated being met at the airport and assisted by Francesca. Be aware that in Italy when you’re on the 3rd floor that’s North American 4th and there is no elevator. Francesca carried our bags up and the daily trips up and down certainly strengthened our legs! Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The hotel’s rooms are tiny but somehow it quite fits in Venice. Staff was super nice and so was breakfast"

"Great breakfast. Easy access to commuter train to get you to the island"

"Our room was lovely. The only thing we wish they had more plug ins but it was decorated beautifully. We had an extension cord so all good. Breakfast each morning was very good and for the price if €20 we also had tea in the afternoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend"

"Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, quiet location. Highly recommend! Only suggestion: floor in the shower is very slippery and needs some adaptation to reduce fall risk."

We pivoted to using the public water taxi nearby but it was frustrating being transferred multiple times and no resolution. Otherwise the staff was very...

"Our second stay here. Excellent service. The little bar is relaxing after a long day. I would suggest that you reserve one of the larger rooms. The standard room is cozy."

"Enjoyed the breakfast."

"I messed up our reservations and the location was great to work with me in getting them fixed. Room was clean and well appointed. Friendly staff and loved having self serve coffee station!!"

"The staff was wonderful"
