"The room was great, the staff was pleasant, Activities were nice, but I didn't like the fact that there was only one winner per round of bingo even if 2 people called bingo at the same time just didn't seem fair to the participates. The elderly woman was told she couldn't get a prize because the woman at the bar called bingo LOUDER!!!"

"Loved everything about the Westin in St Thomas. Very nice, clean, spread out hotel. We had a terrace room and loved watching the boats sail in and out. It was quiet and we were never distracted by pool music or other people."

"The photos are honestly pretty deceiving. This is an extremely noisy and busy property with cruise ship people being constantly bussed in to use the beach. The beach is dirty, smells like cigarettes / marijuana and has trash. There is constant noise of wave runners and loud music. The hotel rooms themselves are clean, but the simple amenities such as the vending machines don’t work. Constant power outages and cold showers. "The rooms were clean and the staff wonderful. Only thing was the smell in the room a little musty and i am sure it was due to the moist atmosphere but luckly I had Lysol. Bar and food was terrific if you stayed in the Club. The food was amazing whether breakfast, lunchtime/snacks and late afternoon snacks or desserts."

"The property is well maintained and comfortable. Our family enjoyed the private beach and the pool. The one on-site restaurant serves a variety of good food."

"Comfortable clean room. Nice to sit on the beach a two minute walk from your room. Power on the island was spotty but room was never out for more than a few seconds. One night our neighbors were loud and we could hear them pretty clearly when things got lively but they were fine and got quiet before it was too late, I could see that being and issue if you had bad neighbors but that could happen anywhere so still 5 stars."

"Be sure to have breakfast; it is delicious, nutritious, and the view is awe-inspiring. I had several cups of the ginger, mint lemonade- wow! I didn’t spend much time in my room. But it was nice to come back to a clean one. Staff are very friendly! One could not ask for more and get it."
