"We had a fabulous time. The staff was so cordial and professional. Every restaurant and poolside area was beautifully maintained. Food was superb and prices reasonable for a resort. Daniel the boss of the beach and pool areas was delightful and so helpful and kind. The car service and luggage guys were great and the room stewards were fabulous. "

"Wir hatten Villa de Rosa als “sleepover” Hotel geplant, um am nächsten Tag früh am Morgen zu nächsten Aktivitäten weiter zu reisen. Weshalb wir einen Raum zum Pool gebucht hatten. Wir wurden vom Hotel Manager empfangen und er stellte uns den Raum vor, den wir gebucht hatten. Alles gut, aber er hatte eine Überraschung vor uns und wir bekamen einen Upgrade zur einem ocean view Studio mit dining room, living room, Küche und Terasse in einem Raum. Schlafzimmer und Bad extra. Die view war fantastisch...

"Awesome customer service by Arturo and his team members Miguel and kitchen staff, cleaning staff.Food service very healthy and on point. Kitchen staff did everything to make us pleasant. Swimming pool team fantastic job with maintenance. Overall the best place for quiet time and very attentive. The place is fully covered with cool vibes. Highly recommend this place. "The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. It is quiet and super relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice! I really recommend this stop far away from the noise!"

"This resort was beautiful!! We loved our stay and the staff was nothing short of fantastic! My only complaint was that the food starts to taste all the same after a bit, but honestly what do you expect from an all inclusive? But it was not bad at all, the pool food was a bit questionable but the restaurant’s weren’t bad at all! My one complaint would be that it is hard to get a reservation at the restaurant’s! And we are here during off season, so I can’t imagine what it would be like in peak...
