"Pros: -Location is great, about 10 min taxi ride to the airport or to the downtown area -Even through resort is older, it's very well maintained -Room was spacious and clean, housekeeping cleaned the room daily -Staff is super friendly, everyone was bi-lingual -Food served in restaurants and at the pool was always tasty and the drinks were delicious Cons: -Biggest complaint is the lack of open restaurants to give options. The resort has 4 restaurants but every night except for one, only 1 restaurant open per evening and the menus didn't have a lot of selections and never changed from day to day as other resorts do. Felt limited in variety. -Seems they could hire more staffing, was only 1 bartender most of the time at the pool bar, made service slow. -Although housekeeping came daily, there were several days where they didn't leave towels/washclothes in the room and we had to call for them to deliver to the room in the evening"
