"A very nice place to stay, staff friendly and welcoming, room clean. Good food and ale, breakfast really nice - a step up from standard Tr@velodge fare. We are going to book another stay in August - all being well. Handy for the garden centre, and a quick stroll to the canal."

"We had a really super stay and the staff were very helpful and were able to provide my mum with a wheelchair throughout our stay. The hotel is ideally located for the railway station (100 yards) and the cruise terminal and is across the road from the beach and there are countless restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. We had an excellent time. Thank you. "

"Location was great, friendly staff. Property was dated, there was no window facing out, it was facing middle of the building with pipes so it was weird not to see sunlight. Bathroom was dated, bathtub had mildew all around. Terrace, staff and breakfast were good."
