"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"Great location for where we needed to be and lovely hotel. Bed was a little hard so we didn’t have the best sleep during our 2 night stay. The room and hotel was very clean and well kept, most of the staff were friendly except the tall balding guy in the Gin bar, he was very unprofessional and rude, not only to us but to other guests. "Room was just ok. Wear and tear and not cleaned well. Some garbage and areas were not cleaned prior to arrival. Outlets in room kept tripping when using provided hair dryer. Eco housekeeping was not well organized. We stayed 5 days and no replacement towels or coffee/tea replenished. When we enquired they said they were going to replenish on the 4th day? Several housekeeping calls/requests went unanswered or were not replied to or recorded. Great location, lobby bar and ambiance. "
