"The stay was fine for what it was, considering it was a last minute booking and just needed a spot for two nights. I ended up cutting the stay short and cancelled the additional night as there were a lot of ants. On the floor, on the counter/ kitchen sink, including crawling on the bed, and I don’t just mean one or two. It was pretty bad. Also the pool was green and I wouldn’t consider it clean to swim in."

"The staff was not helpful! I paid for a 2 night stay and the tv in the room did not work! I told the lady at the front desk about it and she caught an attitude with me. I waited for the bar to open at 10am, The staff saw me waiting! Nobody came until 10:46am to open the bar! Very poor customer service. Also the phone in the room did not work as well."

-the the pressing iron for clothing was burn as shown in yhe picture. That's the first time ever wearing my nee suit smh.
