Staff: Good, but, stick to the script. No "thinking outside the box", which is unusual IMHO, bc Jacans are innovative and quick-thinking. Guessing fear of job-loss makes them just stick to do what they are told.,
Room: 1Refrigerator is "not a fridge" just a "cooler". After 2 days they swapped mine, and another couple, nearby, bc we all complained.
2. Towels are laundered onsite, so you may have to wait for new ones.
3. TV - don't expect to be able to watch many...
