"I would rate this stay 6/10. The location was excellent—close to the SkyTrain, shopping, and only a short Uber ride to most places. The neighborhood felt safe, and the property had a secure code entry for first time B& B stayers like me who was concerned about safety.
The room was much smaller than expected, with barely enough space for the bed and luggage. The shared bathroom also could have been cleaner. For the price and location, it worked for a short stay, but I think there is room for...
