"I recommend to anyone that’s not trying to spend an arm an a leg for a stay in a beautiful place like Waikiki the staff was very helpful and they even had free breakfast to fuel you up for the early hikes it might not be resort level but it was just what I was looking for in a stay I will definitely book again if in the area"

"The showers had poor ventilation. Mildew and mold was so strong I was not able to shower there. I coughed uncontrollably when I entering. I took pictures for my insurance. I had parking across the street. Staff was helpful. There was one that was screaming and drinking alcohol. Other staff redirected her. She did curse often. I moved out after one day. The beds were cozy but if you have mold allergy it is impossible to stay there. Not enough ventilation in that area."

"My friend and I stayed at the hostel for one night. A big thank you to Luke, who welcomed us when we arrived in the evening. He kindly showed us where to find convenient free parking and also helped adjust our room arrangement so that my friend and I could stay in the same room. Thank you as well to Jaden, who made us delicious, warm and fluffy pancakes for free the next morning. Jaden is a volunteer and a brave young woman from China. "This is not a hotel or motel. You need to slide open the gate in order to enter and leave the property. The grounds keeper was very helpful and a pleasure to visit with. Shared bathroom and very clean."

"Junk-yard-village!!!! Would give it a zero if possible but it derserves a one star at least for the good natured staff - no encounter with owner but they should be forbidden from ever owning land anywhere on this planet."
