"Had such an amazing stay! The garden view room was beautifully decorated and the bed was honestly one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. The spa had everything you could need, and the outdoor jacuzzis were perfect—especially with drinks served right to you from the menu. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. I’ll definitely be booking again soon!"

"Sadly nobody was around to check us in so we were waiting around in the lobby for a while trying to find a member of staff. When somebody finally arrived she was gruff and unwelcoming. The property and grounds are beautiful. The room was very pleasant and comfortable but unfortunately there was zero hot water so both my daughter and I had the joy of a freezing cold shower in the morning. "The room was clean ,tidy and quiet The only complaint ,if you can call it that was the lack of available power sockets in the room , apart from the tv there was just 2 other sockets which made things fairly tricky deciding which device gets charged ! Tv channels abit limited too but it was only for one night "

"Easy to find, great parking. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Needs more hooks in the bathroom and plug/charging points in thr main room. Continental breakfast was a bit sparse, although they did give me a poached egg. Staff were friendly."

"Rooms clean, gym had everything for a usual gym goer, food was really good, but pricy but you get what you pay for. Staff were polite, weren’t always present at the bar or on reception but when they were there they really friendly. Rooms weren’t very soundproof but didn’t matter too much. Jacuzzi was really nice. Overall, would reccomend and visit again. "

"Rooms where clean and staff was very friendly with a great location. A little difficult to reach staff before check-in time (11am), but this doesn't take away from the overall experience significantly in my opinion."

"No lift. But the lady at the front desk with dark hair and bangs was absolutely delightful. As a woman traveling alone she made sure to let me know if I needed anything to reach out, didn’t say my room number out loud in case someone could over hear, and made sure to put me on second level. "

"Dave is so friendly and helpful. As the notice at reception says, "arrive as strangers, leave as friends". He and Colette (who helps with rooms, etc) showed me how to get around unfamiliar travel systems (easy when you know how!) Breakfasts were good, often accompanied by good chats.
