"I’ve stayed in much better JW Hotels. It’s ok but essentially a basic hotel room with nicer finishes (bathroom and so on). I reserved a concierge level room but then wasn’t given one. Was given concierge lounge access but only found it useful for diet cokes. An ok JW in an ok area."

"If you don't get the parking pass you have to pay for valet parking at $55 a day, plus valet tips everytime you take your car out. There's a sign to validate your parking but they only validate if you get the parking package and prepay."

"This was our second stay at this Hyatt and we have never felt so well cared for at any hotel. From conversations with staff on our previous visit they were aware that our return visit was for a serious surgical procedure. Upon arrival not only had we been upgraded to a suite, but there was also a lovely note with a fruit basket. To find such a high commitment to service as a property culture is rare."

Then I was told I had a 20 dollar credit I could use by one worker, but then later that afternoon was told I did not. So just make sure you are getting charged for everything at once."

The bathroom felt gross and it was clearly assumed that a coat of paint could fix everything, but efforts were lacking as shown by the dried paint drips on the door. Doors slammed throughout the night, and the thin walls led to us being able to hear the neighboring room's television.
