"I’ve stayed in much better JW Hotels. It’s ok but essentially a basic hotel room with nicer finishes (bathroom and so on). I reserved a concierge level room but then wasn’t given one. Was given concierge lounge access but only found it useful for diet cokes. An ok JW in an ok area."

"Beautiful hotel and great location. The parking garage and check in process was a bit confusing. Park in the P4 parking area and use the call button by the door to get inside. Check in is on the 14th floor. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Although very comfortable at first, the bed was too soft and we all woke up stiff and sore! Ha! Ha! That’s what happens to middle aged folks! Beds matter! Enjoy your stay! Oh, and breakfast was great!"

"My sister and I enjoyed our stay at the Grand Bohemian Charlotte, Autograph Collection over Memorial Day weekend. Everything was excellent. Staff were very friendly, helpful, accommodating, and responsive. If we needed something, it arrived quickly, and then we received a text to make sure what we requested had arrived. Even the valets were really nice. The room was spacious and clean. I loved the complimentary water bottles. The bath amenities were great - we loved that there was a liquid hand...

"If you don't get the parking pass you have to pay for valet parking at $55 a day, plus valet tips everytime you take your car out. There's a sign to validate your parking but they only validate if you get the parking package and prepay."

"Make sure the breakfast is included with the room before you purchase it. Because it was not included with my room. Then I was told I had a 20 dollar credit I could use by one worker, but then later that afternoon was told I did not. So just make sure you are getting charged for everything at once."
