The towels were very old and very few to be had. On the other hand, the location was excellent, the A/C was excellent and the staff were friendly. "

"I booked several rooms for our wedding group. They "lost" one of our reservations and charged us significantly more than the Expedia rate just to get our guests into a room. The staff attempted to charge money on multiple days claiming they forgot to charge something else, etc. They do not offer breakfast regardless of what Expedia says. One of our guests walked into their room to a strange man going through their suitcase. I would not recommend and will not book the Mint for any other...

"We have found our home on Isla Mujeres. We have been traveling to this island for 25 years. We've stayed at many different places - but the search is over. I am afraid to say this - because there are less than 15 rooms - I want it to stay my little secret BUT I have to say what a fantastic stay we had. Sheets were filthy Bathroom was covered in mold Walls were paper thin and one could hear everything going on in other rooms and I am not a light sleeper. I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular-but this did not even meet basic 1star experience. "
