Good for a quick stay. Don’t expect much. Clean, simple and convenient! Perfect for a quick weekend stay. Staff pretty much leave you alone. No one really helps. They aren’t even there much. There was a lady at the desk once or twice but she didn’t even look up form her phone to acknowledge us. No towels or blankets.

I enjoyed my time at the rustic hotel, its location was perfect just minutes from the ferry, a couple blocks to the beach and a couple blocks from the Main Street. Everything I needed during my time on the island was within walking distance. The room was clean and the staff was super friendly.

Our shower tap was broken. It wasnt coming the water. When ı Said ı want to change mu room, they didn’t care about it and they just focused the tap, aldı second day when ı took shower ,the water vur of in middle of my shower, my husband fixed but still the water wasnt come too much,.also they didn’t come to my room for cleaning , I don’t know why

When we got there, the WiFi was down so no WiFi during the stay. No toilet paper in the room, they cleaned the toilet but was not fully rinsed, some detergent was left on the toilet seat. Mosquitoes in the room. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful!

Bathroom did not have a knob installed and I could not access the bathroom after I closed the door. Took 4 hours to gain access. It was a known issue before I checked in. Room was not very clean

The front desk staff was courteous. When I arrived in the room there was no toilet paper. The beds only have thin sheets ( no blankets). I arrived on a Wednesday and my room wasn't cleaned until Sunday. I had requested and spoke with the front desk each morning about it and they promised it would be clean (it wasn't) the towels were crisp, not soft. I do not recommend this place if you're staying more than 1 maybe 2 nights

TV didn’t work, which was a bumper since we wanted to unwind after a long day of exploring. Room only had one night stand, and no table. Did have a closet, the vault didn’t work. Bathroom was really small. I am 5 foot 9 inches and I barely was able to sit on the toilet with my knees hitting the wall. Shower was also awkwardly small. I had to put our bathroom stuff on top of the toilet water tank since the small glass shelve above the sink, wasn’t mounted properly/loose. Also a few of locals were getting drunk in front of the hotel. My wife and I could hear them talk bad about the tourists. Would have been nice to have the TV working, so we didn’t have to hear those drunks.

Do not stay here! We booked 3 nights here, 1st we arrived the door to our room was wide open, the room was not clean there was paint on the sheets, a pubic hair in the drawer, & the bathroom smelled of sewage as soon as you turned the fan on, in the morning we told reception about the issue and we recorded the whole conversation to which she called the owner & come to find out that room was not supposed to be booked at all for that issue & they had overbooked their hotel & put us in a room that was not supposed to be booked so they told us they would transfer one nights stay & give us another room with a bigger bed. when we went to change rooms the bed was not any bigger & i had to go get upset again for them to give us another room as we had booked room with 2 beds as we had 3 ppl staying, finally got a king size bed even though still not acceptable for 3 ppl, then the next day we had to move rooms again, every day we had to say we have not recieved the etransfer yet where is it? it was always we will send it shortly, we had to waste every day around 2 pm to change rooms the last day we came back the maid had left our door wide open w/ our luggage, passports in there(safes dont work)i was livid & said i want at least 50% of money back! Checkout day still no money but employee gave us some of his cash as i was calling cops & said i dont want trouble send it back when u recieve refund from expedia, owner declined to refund us on expedia! We are still owed about $700 mxn!

I know you get for what you pay for, and I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel but… I only stayed 1 night in this place. There was no hot water coming out of the shower and no type of water pressure. The door to the bathroom would not close. I spoke with the front desk about my concern and they said they would try to move me to a different room. One room they checked had no A/C so they checked another room. The second room had the same problem (no hot water) I asked if I could just change hotels and get a refund for the days I wouldn’t be there. I was told they couldn’t do it and would need to call Expedia for a refund. I called Expedia and they said they would need to reach out to the hotel first. I told them I would be changing hotels regardless for the remainder of my stay and they said they understood . I was told they would get back to me about a refund. I received an email the next day saying I would not be refunded because the hotel didn’t want to refund me. I would not recommend this hotel. Only thing good about this place is the A/C .

Pesimo el servicio, instalaciones no aptas para hospedarse.. Y para colmo te contactan semanas despues para decirte que tienes saldo pendiente en tu reserva. Cuando al momento de ingresar te cobraron el total de la estancia 🤔
