"I went just before the spring break crowd and it was a very cool spot for our group. The branch bar was the spot and all the activities was a nice plus. One problem we had was we booked three rooms with double beds and the hotel tried to put us in a making room. Us 30s guys trip for a bachelor party was not going to sleep in the same bed nor were we going to let someone sleep in cot or whatever they had. So for us, it was just the check-in process that was probably the only negative. I just think it could’ve gone better."

"Honestly for the price you can get 100% better. Don’t sacrifice the beach just to be by the marina. They only have two included restaurants during the day. Kayak and bike rides only once per day at a certain time. Not enough amenities, you have to take the shuttle bus to the bigger sister hotel. No gym, no spa, no nightlife, one lobby bar which had nothing but on the rocks drinks. The “boat taxi” apparently has been broken. There are no double bed rooms, the buffet is the smallest I’ve seen out of my 8 trips to different cancun resorts. And not to mention the staff here acts like they are bothered to even assist you with directions or clarifications. Was extremely disappointed with my stay. There was two positives, 1. The asian restaurant and 2. The two bathrooms our very closed off-no view but of a brick white walled room. "

"It wasnt a beach view but i am disabled and it was the closest possible room to the food and sexy pool though it was loud it was perfect for location will stay here forever!"

"Great resort for families! The food is better than some other resorts we have been to, and the customer service was very good. We went as a group of 10 and the resort was really good about accommodating us at restaurants and there were large larger tables in the buffet area. There was a great recreation team that supported beach volleyball, aqua size and other activities. Easy to take the bus to and from downtown. A huge highlight, which I know may not be for some is that they have a really great gym and training facility. Would highly recommend this resort to other people."

"Hands down the best resort I’ve ever stayed at. Charming white stucco villas with red tile roofs, unbelievably CLEAN, very quiet and calm, not a party hotel, warm saltwater pools, super safe, almost like its own little village, incredibly friendly staff, yummy restaurants. Book through the resort website instead of Expedia and definitely get the all-inclusive package (even if you don’t drink) with airport transportation. My single complaint is that the air conditioner is super loud. But I cannot believe how incredible this hotel is, especially for the price. "

"The property is good. After 10:00 pm, nothing in the hotel is open except room service. We only had an issue with the morning staff—Nincy and Alfredo were very rude. However, everyone else was excellent."
