"Parking ideal. Plonking new furniture in a room with very shabby decor, woodwork etc. doesn't cut it for me. I booked the double room with shared bathroom however the photos did not represent the room at all, the same photos were used for the double room with private bathroom. I was taken to my room up a very shabby steep staircase."

"The staff were very helpful & informative. The breakfast buffet could have more items however it was still decent. For breakfast, we were offered vegetarian sausages seperately as the buffet did not have any vegetarian sausages. That was very thoughtful of the staff. The room had everything we required, a hairdryer, a fridge (requested earlier), a fan & were able to adjust the heating in the room. The spa facilities were nice & clean."

"Lovely stay at the Aparthotel: Was very suprised at how affordable our 2 night stay was. Booked twin room, a lot larger than in the photos. Very helpful welcoming staff. Perfect location in the town centre, Bull Ring shopping centre, restaurants, bars across the road. The room was spotless, comfortable bed, lovely hot shower. "We didn't need parking as we walked to and from the airport, and we didn't have breakfast. The dining room was good as we didn't want to stay in the room any longer than we need to as it is tiny. It served it's purpose as we needed somewhere to stay for the night. The first room they assigned us was not possible for me to stay in as there was a terrible bathroom odor lingering."
