I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "Very poor, overall. We had no housekeeping at all for the three nights/four days when we were there (despite leaving the light on asking for room to be cleaned) - at the end of the third night when I called reception to request new towels cups, glasses and water - someone left a bag into the room, and didn’t clear any of the old towels and cups away.
