"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "El staff de check in fue realmente amable. El desayuno estuvo muy bien, la habitación limpia y cómoda, y el hecho de que tuviéramos la posibilidad de dejar nuestra maleta en su storage al hacer el check out fue un gran plus para poder recorrer la ciudad nuestro último día. Además, la ubicación del hotel es muy buena, cerca de muchos lugares turísticos a los cuales acceder caminando. "

"From the day we arrived to when we left we'd had the most wonderful stay at The Copthorne Tara Hotel, at the guest relations desk a lovely lady called Jamila took care of our check in and questions , i wear a lanyard showing that i have disabilities and Jamila was so kind , helpful and friendly on more than one occasion , she is really a credit to the hotel. The room was very nice comfy and clean. We had breakfast for 3 mornings which was very good and catered for everyone . " ALL " of the hotel...
