"Hotel is slightly off the beaten path but still walkable to restaurants and trains. A market is right next door to grab breakfast or snacks for the room. Room was very comfortable for a family of 4. Parents had a private room and the kids slept in a loft above sitting area. I would recommend. "
"This is a great value hotel hidden behind a restaurant in the Korean area of Tokyo. It felt safe and friendly and was much quieter than being in Shinjuku itself, yet was only a few hundred metres from a subway stop that let us access the whole city and surrounding area.

"We got a free room upgrade, but it requires a lot of convincing. Overall experience in the hotel was pretty good. The room was clean and comfortable. The customer service was exceptionally good, since everybody is so well mannered from the receptionist to housekeeping. "
"Perfect little room in Tokyo. Near the Yamanote line, so easy to go anywhere from there. Konbinis on both sides. Small room, as expected, but clean and comfortable and the space under the bed to put away the luggage is very practical. If you use the laundromat, think to empty the filter in the dryer, because it seemed it hadn’t been done in a while. Otherwise, staff was very kind and the neighbourhood is just lovely!"

"We stayed for one night and kept our luggages at the concierge since we only bring cabin luggages to our 3 days Osaka trip. We specifically asked for the luggages to be delivered to our room when we return back and would stay for another 6 nights. They didn’t do that and acted like nothing happened. The location is only close to oedo mrt train. The rest of the mrt trains is 800 meters away but you can go by Shiodome underpass. If the price is the same I will recommend Royal Park Shiodome being closer to train station and convenient stores and they have 2 treadmills. This hotel only have one treadmill which mean I have to get up so early in order to beat the rest of the guests for it. Not a bad hotel if you get a good price for it "
