"The camper room wreaked of a horrible smell and fume which within 20 mins caused my girlfriend to constantly cough and gag then within an hour or two both of us had headaches and needed ventilation and outdoor air. They tried to accommodate us with another camper but by then we both felt extremely nauseated and refused to stay. On top of that I was told I couldn’t get a refund. "

The advertise restaurant is not in a building, but alfresco dining, which requires a reservation, which takes hours in a line to wait for. The rooms are uncomfortable. The mattresses are not hygienically covered in a full mattress cover the television has terrible reception. There are no amenities no gym. "Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfy! The staff made the stay much more than expected. They became like family. They were very attentive and patient with us through the language variances. The chef Chickie was excellent and would alter the menu as requested. Anna the housekeeper went beyond to ensure things were cleaned. Moises and Gleni also were over the top in providing the utmost service. The property is not on the beach (they have a shuttle daily) but in a safe area. I would walk...

"It is a very good spot, close to the historic center, the room is decent , clean, hot water which works, wifi, they have water in the lobby and coffee if you need. The staff is the best always friendly and atentive,specially Markus, but all of them are great.I booked for 3 nights originally which I was going to stay but the next day i hear constructions, so had to leave one day earlier and the hotel refunded my last night. Really appreciate what they did. It is a greta place. Would come again....
