The employees are very cordial, welcoming us every walk back always with a friendly smile. Clean and pleasant environment, decorated with fresh and beautiful flowers. We feel at home. "We only stayed for one night (before our flight home from Hanoi), but we wish we’d have had more time in this beautiful hotel. The lobby area is vibrant and the rooms are stylish. What stood out to me - after staying in various different South-east Asian hotels over the last 3 weeks - was the powerful, adjustable shower head, the quality shower products, the powerful hairdryer with different settings, and the comfort of the bed and pillows. These things really make a difference! Aside from the place itself and its amenities, one member of staff, in particular, stood out for her warm, welcoming, genuine nature: Susan. What an asset to the Solaria team! She was exactly the sort of person we wanted to be greeted by, after a long day of travelling, and was so helpful. "

"Absolutely stunning hotel in the middle of Hanoi old quarter. Everything was so easily accessible - from the Lake to the train street and everything in between! The room was gorgeous and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a healthy selection of Vietnamese delicacies. Totally recommended!"
