"Amazing experience! I guess it’s the first time that actually the hotel photos make justice to the real thing. I would definitely return in my next visit to Manchester. The only thing that need to level up is the variety and a quality of the breakfast menu."

"Lovely hotel, clean spacious room, however fault with air-conditioning unit kept us awake throughout the night. Reported it straight away and staff supposedly coming to fix it. They did not. Reported again when checking out and front of staff didnt seem concerned. Only issue. Other than that decent stay. Good selection of food at breakfast."

"Rooms were clean and loved having two bathrooms for my family. Great walkability/location. Expedia address is not correct and takes you several blocks away. Also, please consider two keys. All guests must come and go at the same time. You cannot buzz people in or get in without the key & fab."

"Breakfast was terrible both days bacon and sausages overcooked and poor quality eggs were bland tasteless and watery mushrooms tasteless and limp Beans lukewarm Coffee adequate it was a bad experience not recommended staff were also sullen and did not react well when asked for refills"

"The breakfast was buffet which I found excellent. My Wife who has coeliac disease was catered for extremely well by all staff who explained not only what was at the Buffet but also what could be provided by kitchen due to her condition "

"The room was clean and bed was comfy . Well stocked bar fridge . Very quiet except if you stay Saturday night as it’s on a street with night life but didn’t make sleeping difficult. We enjoyed our stay . It’s close to lots of great restaurants in walking distance and also 10 minute walk from train and tram station"

"Breakfast was slightly disappointing as it wasn't a complete full English breakfast. Vegetarian sausage were like cardboard and muffins were stale. Many of the stuff looked very clumsy and their uniform looked like they had slept in their work clothes. I was there for 3 nights. I mentioned that the aircon wasn't working, they said that the maintenance will be coming around next day but it never happened for all 3 days. "Stayed on the ground floor, was met with constant noise all throughout the night as it was an street facing room. To top off sound, a communual coffee machine was almost right outside my door, so very noisey and guests were also loud too. Absolutely tiny room, barely functional, and the bed is rubbish. For 1 night costing £115, I expect a MUCH better experience than what I received. Avoid unless you need something in the city centre and require only a bed and a shower."
