"Excellent customer service from everyone, and I wish I could mention everyone but I didn’t wrote down their names. The property is super clean, food was great and especially the steak house. Very good entertainment and the cleaning lady was super friendly and kind. I remember her name because she wrote ut down for me. Dalila was amazing and always left my room in excellent condition. Thank you kindly for all the attentions and all your help. I hope to go there soon and stay blessed! "

"A great hotel with great staff! Food at the buffets was delicious with a good variety. The staff also make the Majestic Elegance an amazing hotel to stay at. Special thanks to the animation team for the fun, entertaining events that they work so hard on putting together. Krystel from guest services looked after us during our stay with check ins every day to see if we needed anything and provided us the list of events for the day. Pao and Mana from the animation team taught us some Spanish and were very friendly. The bartenders were also fantastic with the drinks they made. My family and I will be back. "
