"We came back to stay with our while family. It was sad to see the property was aging and not well kept . Broken floor tile by the elevator 29th floor was not fixed. Carpet to rooms was not kept well, has smell wet carpet odor. I’m not certain if Mr Trump family has ever stayed lately to see the property upkeeps are not up to their standards"

"I really enjoyed my overnight stay at the Avalon. My daughter and I stayed at the Avalon the night before our cruise, from check in to check out the staff were absolutely amazing and some of the most helpful and friendliest I ever had the pleasure of meeting.
The $15 breakfast was very appreciated and enjoyable, the security deposit was reasonable, and, they even held my bags after checkout so that we could spend time on the property and strip until it was time to leave for the cruise....

"Nice hotel recently built in 2025. The staff was very helpful and if theirs rooms available you'll be able to check in early at 1p for $30. They also provide beach towels and two beach lounge chairs with umbrella at the 17th St life guard tower which is a 5 minute walk. Valet is available for around $45/day or street parking across the street but that costs more per day. Rooftop pool also available. I would recommend this hotel, it's clean and staff is friendly and helpful"

"I called 3 times for info, too book and for directions and parking and each time I called, it answered quickly and the front ask helped with whatever I needed. Check In was easy. Our rooms were spotlessly clean. We ate outside at their restaurant and service was quick and efficient. The food was excellent. We really loved their open coffee and ice water bar. It was a very nice amenity . They have an ice machine down stairs and I was down there filling up my ice bucket for my water bottles....

"This is really out of expectations. I read the reviews but when I went there it completely change what I was expecting.
The room was very clean and the staff were all amazing. The only thing was the construction nearby.
The location is a minute to the beach and is very nearby local restaurants and local business. Very close to the convention center and CVS just in the corner.
You don’t have to worry about anything.
I am definitely coming back and they also have a reward system."

"I wish I can keep this place a secret but I believe everyone should always have a good stay somewhere.. the property is beautiful and it is so close to the beach. Very clean, and the staff is amazing and friendly. They are very attentive if you have any questions about your stay. Apollo is so so welcoming and kind. I will be coming back!
