"For an old hotel, the maintenance is great. Its nice and clean, centrally located to everything.. its pricey.. i just wish you dont charge facility fee $45, i dont know what they mean facility..Like gym or pool? I didnt even see it.. didnt even know about it.. but yet I have to pay those.. no choice..you gotta pay.. "

"Hotel location is in Times Square which is very close to food, shopping and Broadways shows. The problem is the waiting time for elevator during morning 8-10 am, it may take you up to 15 minutes to go to lobby or your room. And the toilet bowl clogged several times during my stay. "

"Great location near subway. It took only 20 minutes to get to midtown Manhattan. Very quiet. Clean room, comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Street parking seemed a little unsafe so I purchased nearby gated parking which I found very satisfactory. It is in the middle of a colorful family neighborhood with food trucks and street musicians. Way cheaper than hotels in Manhattan! I would definitely stay here again."
