"Nice location. Only thing is no privacy in the room. Out side sounds. No blackout curtains. It's not worth for the money"

"It was definitely a dated ski lodge. Room was tiny, but kitchen was adequate. Indoor hot tub was non functional, and the exterior of the building was in rough shape. Trains rolled by almost every hslf hour, and highway semi truck noise was prevalent all night. Overall, a noisy resort. Also a detriment was no minors were allowed in the lounge/restaurant area adjacent to the lobby which was a drag, as we did not want to shuttle to Banff."

"This hotel was gross. Stay somewhere else, seriously. The mattresses were ancient and stained. We had 2 queen beds and once I saw the one pictured I refused to look at the other because otherwise i wouldnt be able to sleep in it. The bathroom floor was sticky for some reason. "Unfortunately, our check-in experience was disappointing. The lady who checked us in came across as rude and unprofessional, which did not create a welcoming first impression. We were also not informed that the room provided was in a separate building with no elevator. After a long day of driving and arriving late at night, carrying luggage upstairs was difficult and frustrating. "The hotel is beautiful. The scenery is amazing. The hot pools are fantastic. The staff are all very pleasant and professional. Sudden Sally, the restaurant on site, is great - food and coffee were amazing. Just overall a fantastic stay. Would love to stay there again."

"This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Not only was it a close driving distance to Banff, but the hotel was in close proximity to downtown Canmore so we could walk everywhere easily! The rooms were clean and staff made sure to help with anything right away. I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
