My room didn't have free bottle of water. While I appreciated green room service, the service was not neat enough. I wish they picked up the dirty towels as they stock the new. "

"This was my second overnight stay in Manhattan. I chose a room on the 12th floor and we had an awesome view of the city! Our room was much larger than I expected a typical room to be. The only Improvement would be a full length mirror outside of the bathroom. The room was clean and the few staff we came in contact with we're very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!"
