"We enjoyed our stay on the 17th floor. The staff was very helpful and respectful. The amenities were wonderful and plentiful, and the breakfast was so good. Check in/out were easy and convenient. "

"The hotel itself is excellent--the rooms are quiet and clean, the staff are excellent, and the breakfast spread is also very good. This hotel does have 24h locked security, however, as it's in a pretty rough area of town.
Tbere is a lot of dining and other entertainment close to the hotel, and its very walkable. That said, as a solo traveller, the roughness of the area was intimidating."
"Is very well worth based on comfort and location, the only negative (not much the hotel but japanese culture) is that the spa and commun areas are limited if you have tattoos.....other than that is quite perfect for the price and location "
