If we could give Maison Hamlin 6 stars we would!! It is a beautiful property with over the top friendly staff!! Jonathan the mixologist is outstanding!! The location is perfect!! Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in mid-August in a junior suite (queen bed & sofa bed) with my husband, 10 year old & infant. The room was clean & the bathroom was a nice size with a great shower. The room is small. There is definitely not enough room to open & keep open our 3 luggages in this room. We had to pull out our clothes for the 3 days for all 4 of us for the duration of our trip & close the luggages due to lack of room. We also did not have any luggage racks in the room- not that we could have used them due to space constraints. The junior suite line is also next to the elevator, so you will consistently hear the elevator every time it is in use, if you choose this room selection. The bartender is friendly & he made delicious cocktails. The hotel is in a quiet & safe area, and it is very walkable to Trocadéro & Eiffel Tower.

Chic, charming, and almost perfect. Maison Hamelin was a fantastic find in Paris. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, with genuinely friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. There’s a cozy little bar area right near the entrance, perfect for a quick drink or wind-down at the end of the day. The beds were super comfy, and the location is hard to beat, just a short stroll to both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triumphe. The only real downside? The room we had was tiny. Not unexpected in Paris, but still worth knowing if you’re the type to unpack or spin around without hitting a wall. Aside from the compact space, I honestly can’t fault this place. Stylish, well-run, and in a brilliant part of the city, would absolutely stay here again (maybe just pack light).

Great stay

The hotel is newly opened and our stay was amazing. It is in a great location, 10 minutes walk one way to the Arc de Triomphe and 10 minutes in the other direction to the Eiffel Tower. The room was great. We stayed with our 2 daughters and had a room with a bed and a sofa bed, both of which were very comfortable. The shower was amazing. The breakfast buffet was high quality with plenty choice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had 3 issues with this property. First was easily resolved - no hot water for the shower our first day. This was a problem with entire hotel and was fixed that day. Bigger issue was we reserved a King bed on Expedia. Hotel said they don't have any king beds and said it was the fault of Expedia and their listing. They offered no other assistance. The biggest one was they billed us over $100 for breakfast. Our reservation clearly said 2 people and breakfast was free (included because we paid extra at time of booking). When we checked out we found out about this. Since we were in Paris from the USA and had to catch a flight we really couldn't argue at that point. I definitely plan on addressing this with Expedia and we will see if they can or will assist. Bottom line - location good, hotel clean - but they clearly ripped us off. I have all the documentation to support what I am saying - didn't matter to them. And since they had card on file, not much you can do. So if you want to get ripped off - go there.
