" I experienced very poor service and attitude from some staff members toward guests of color, which made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. After check-in, I paid extra to upgrade to an Ocean Front Room. However, I was assigned a corner room with a heavily obstructed view and only a partial ocean view. This was very different from how the upgrade was described to me by the staff. In addition, I went to the restaurant with four friends (six people total). We waited for almost two hours while a larger seating area remained empty the entire time. Eventually, we were offered only a tiny table with one chair for our group. The sofa seating area was available but the staff initially refused to seat us there, and we were only moved after I strongly expressed my dissatisfaction. I also lost an item of clothing in my room, and after waiting three days, I still received no update or assistance regarding the situation. Overall, while the property itself is visually nice, the level of service and guest treatment did not match the luxury image the hotel promotes."

"Get to the pools early, as it is a hot spot, but a good time, we met great people and that made our trip! Beach is beautiful and a good time as well! … huge shout out to the amazing staff there that made our vacation very special. "Unique property with multiple pools and access to the beach. Love the charm and boho vibes of the property. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Only downfalls would be the breakfast is simply fruit and bread (delicious but please not in case you expect more), and fairly close to main road so you can hear traffic. Overall, great experience and I would go again."
