We had 2 rooms and so many little things go wrong that cumulatively we really disliked this place…no working ac in our first two rooms (apparently a problem property wide if you google it—had to switch rooms), tvs that didn’t work correctly in 2 of 4 rooms, broken remotes, tub that took 30min to fill and then forever to drain, aging property that needs renovation, one...

"The buffet was bad & the pool is farther ,the hotel gave us $250 resorts credit but doesn’t apply anything. When I purchase the beach bag $175 is apply to resort credit but they charge extra for tax $28 U.S dollar pay out of pocket. That’s ridiculous !!!! Also I have twins boys are 13 years old but we not enjoy the water slide & jumping. They require kids over 15 without parents. This trips is sooo awful with my family 😔😔😔 WE NEVER GO BACK AGAIN"

Also, most of the restaurants don't require reservations which was nice to not have to have everything planned out as soon as you arrived.
