"Small boutique hotel with pleasant ppl working there. I was looking for a place to crash…as I’m active on vacations. I would say the TV not working was the only negative. AC was fantastic. Small breakfast, but I don’t eat breakfast. If you want loads of extras, try the Hilton. This was just a cute place to crash at night. Btw, if u like centrally located, yet still quiet at night, this is it. "

"Playacar Palace, ofrece muy buen servicio. La propiedad necesita mejoras pq ya se le siente el tiempo de uso. La comida fue una buenas experiencia. Es muy céntrico si quieres ir a los parques de Xcaret y explorar Playa del Carmen"

"Very beautiful condo, had everything you needed for a great stay, located on quiet street 1 block from the end of 5th ave with tons of amazing food options right outside your door. Roof top pool was beautiful with nice loungers up top. Had hot water! Communication was great with hosts. Would definitely stay here again. They offered complimentary cleaning service once during the stay but we didn’t feel the need to use! "
