It was right in the most perfect location to walk to all things in Florence and the styling, quaint vibe and amazing staff was just top notch. "Really beautiful property and wonderful room. Hotel is immaculately clean and we thought the hotel had been renovated to a beautiful finish. We let the hotel know we were staying for our 10 year anniversary, and a bottle of Prosecco was left in our room with a note, which was extremely kind. A great location to stay in, just across the river. Passcode is provided for front door so can come and go as please. Have booked to stay in again in October!"

Old building with poor ventilation, smelled musty. Some bugs found. Difficult to contact hotel staff for help or questions bc they use a virtual agent first line, and if you need a person you have to wait 10-20 min for someone to return your message. "A beautiful property. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money and would recommend. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"
