"The hotel and all the different choices of food were great. The only thing that I didn’t like is some of the staff wasn’t very very friendly, especially if they didn’t speak English. They were either just rude or walked away and never answered your question what I didn’t like, but got used to was the room to smell very very damp when you walk in, but after the first day, I was OK with the smell."

"Estaba todo en perfecto estado como nuevo y las personal de servicio al cliente son las personas ideal para el puesto por que le busca la opciones al cliente y tienen muy buena comunicación en verdad tuve la oportunidad de conocer al señor Melfi De la Rosa y él ayudó a que mi expectativa sobre el hotel fueran las mejores por que en verdad me brindaron un trato 5 star este hotel es el mejores del caribe sin dudas alguna., lo recomiendo como Excelente 10/10"

"Amazing respect for an affordable price! The beach did have tons of sargassum so we stuck to the pools but it was sargassum season so no fault of the resorts! They were out actively cleaning it everyday. Beautiful resort with pretty good food. We went for a girls trip and had a great time"
