"An ideal place to stay for a night with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Room was extremely quiet and we didn’t hear a thing, until in the early hours of the morning other guests decided to bang hard on our door on the way to their room, which is obviously not great behaviour. "The location was excellent, close to the railway station and the RailAir stop, which is why we chose this hotel. Our biggest complaint were the two single beds, they were uncomfortably hot with only a single very heavy duvet. As simple sheet and blanket would be much more comfortable."

"This place feels like an odd mix — some aspects feel like a hip boutique hotel while others seem a bit “budget.” There is no actual lobby or dedicated hotel staff in the evening, so you collect your key from the large bar on the ground floor. The rooms are nicely decorated and well appointed (eg, nice bathroom fixtures, Nespresso machine in room), though quite dark. Good location in historic city centre. Nice touches like a refrigerator on the corridor that has bottles of cold filtered water."

"Good location, not too far from the railway station. The late check-out on a Sunday (1pm) was great for having a shower and changing after the Reading Half Marathon. Lots of places to eat nearby, if you don't fancy eating in the hotel. Room and bathroom were clean and functional. Tea and coffee-making facilities available."

You would think this property is located in the airport like the description states but this hotel is 20-25 minutes from the terminal and $60 in an Uber. We booked this as a quick overnight stay to take an early morning flight and were disappointed. While driving to the hotel we past at least 5 other hotels that were within 5-10 minutes. "Friendly and helpful staff, the rooms were big and spacious. Feel the carpets, furniture and design are in need of a refresh. There was a musty smell throughout the corridors and the room smelled sweaty. Fortunately I arrived at 11pm so I opened the windows and aired it out which helped with some of the smell. The corridors were dingy and musty tho."

"We stayed as part of a wedding party and were in the Hepburn suite. It's a beautiful wedding venue and a lovely place to stay over. Really lovely room, clean and very well presented. A lovely breakfast buffet. The staff were all very friendly and attentive."
