"As far as motels go, it is great. Nice surprise was free use of electric bikes. I did not check about air conditioning before I booked. They don't have AC but they have fans."

"If you are looking for something upscale-move on. But this is one great little hotel 2 blocks from one of the best beaches in the country- Santa Monica! Nothing fancy, just a comfortable place to sleep with a patio outside your door overlooking the pacific-DIVE IN. When you're hungry great restaurants abound, or bring some food along there is a little kitchenette. Everyone was very nice and totally accommodating. Book it!"

"Staff at the reception desk and at the coffee bar was very nice. We really appreciated the the manager took off the properties fee since we couldn't stay for the whole time . Espresso and latte were excellent, among teh best I've ever had in California after 25 yrs "
