"Great hospitality staff. Room is very clean and bed is extremely comfortable. The location is super convenient. 4 train lines, directly to the airport and to the city center. Also, there is bus terminal in 3 minutes so you will not worry with the transportation at all. I come back to this hotel every time I go London! "

"I was welcomed as a returning customer by Axel who was very welcoming and helpful. The room was on the 1st floor and the quiet side of the building too, if I had a car it was always the floor I wanted for the convenience of car park. "

"The room was really cosy and spotless. The staff were very helpful and they even had an air conditioning guide! No hotel ive been to tell you how to use it. Other hotels need to take notes. The food both for breakfast and dinner were really nice as well. Look forward to staying with these guys again in the future"

"Boutique hotel with B&B feel. Good room was very small, but we were upgraded on the last night to a Marvellous room, which was amazing. The area has a wonderful energy, with lots of shopping and dining options. The Honour Bar on the main level is a wonderful touch. "

"Lovely hotel - immaculately clean with friendly staff. Excellently located close to the Tube - the Hammersmith & Circle lines are closest to the Herton, with the District & Victoria lines just a few minutes on. The mattresses are quite firm but that seems to be the norm in hotel now."

"Lovely pub. Nice friendly staff and locals, great choice of drinks and good food. I stayed for 3 nights making a weekend out of our (Wrexham's) away match at QPR and ate here twice. The rooms are very nice too with tea/coffee facilities. An interesting quirk - everything in my room was left-handed, the taps, switches, door, everything.."

"We arrived very early before check-in and, although our room wasn't ready, Alexandra on the front desk was very welcoming and friendly and the Duty Manager took care of us until we could check in. On check out the following day, Maria and Rebecca were extremely helpful. The room was large and comfortable. We have stayed at the Novotel London West before and it's always been a good experience."
