Great location too (right by the Elizabeth line) so makes getting there from the airport a cinch. It’s also right by the theaters, great shopping and restaurants! Definitely check it out! "

"The staff was excellent. They brought my bags to my room and escorted me there when my room was ready. There is no elevator and my room was on the top floor. The hotel is definitely quirky. The lobby had a beautiful real christmas tree and there were a few different sitting rooms throughout the ground level all decorated. I had a single room and the bed was super comfortable.
