I loved watching guests and staff greet each other as old friends every morning at breakfasts - it's clear there are a LOT of regulars. Our room was so comfortable, layout was ideal for traveling with kids. Loved the views. Loved the service. Definitely a favorite hotel experience. "

"The staff was excellent. They brought my bags to my room and escorted me there when my room was ready. There is no elevator and my room was on the top floor. The hotel is definitely quirky. The lobby had a beautiful real christmas tree and there were a few different sitting rooms throughout the ground level all decorated. I had a single room and the bed was super comfortable. I had plenty of room. There was a robe and a mini bar. The toilet was an actual wood throne. The location was excellent,...
