"Walkable environment, the property was within walking distance from restaurants, pubs, transportation and West End shows. The breakfast was was okay - I prefer eating outside the hotel. Here were the cons: I did not enjoy the customer service. When I asked for extra pillows, the staff told me that it wasn't there policy as they only have two pillows for each person. The pillows are very flat and provide no support. I also asked for a water bottle for the room and the staff were very rude....

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "I had a great stay at Point A Canary Wharf in London. The location is excellent just steps away from the Tube, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. It’s also in a nice, modern area with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. The hotel itself is a good, affordable option. The rooms are compact but clean and comfortable, perfect if you’re mainly out exploring during the day. The common areas are on the smaller side, so it’s not really a place to hang out for long...
