"We had a condo overlooking the creek and with a view of the mountains. It was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The in-room fireplace was also a romantic touch. The location is excellent if you like peace and nature, but still being only a block away from the main strip of restaurants and activities. RiverStone is also very close to Dollywood and Dolly's Stampede theater. We found it well worth the cost and will be back next time...

"We loved the hotel but had serious problems with accessibility. The rooms do not meet ADA standards. If you use a wheelchair or power chair it will be very difficult, or impossible, to use the bathroom. The manager was very helpful and staff great but the hotel needs refurbishment and upgrading to greatly improve access for people with disabilities."

"We stayed 2 nights at the property. The hotel has two different lodges. Our room was at the smaller property across the street - The Stone Hill Lodge. There’s plenty of parking there, Lot parking or a parking structure. Room was just as pictured, but the balcony was a lot smaller at this location. Hotel was nice & quiet. We enjoyed the outdoor water park at this location. There was barely anyone there! This waterpark didn’t open until 11 and was only open until 6. All their water park hours are...

"Rooms were very clean BUT a very long walk. Facility is beginning to show age. Pool hours were good but bars/restaurants don’t open until 11 and close at 10. No breakfast except Starbucks on premises. 1 person working at check in time. Just not a great overall experience like has been had in the past for a higher price."
