In fact even before arrival with the informative welcome email explaining check in and directions etc. We were so warmly welcomed and shown to our room, everything explained so well. We stayed in room 1 which had a beautiful four poster bed, it was so gorgeous. Immaculately clean. So traditional and individual yet had all the modern comforts of a posh hotel. "Excellent site with great parking, accepts dogs into the pod and the costs of a one night stay we found very reasonable. Not many pod owners have just one night stays and that's why we stayed there. Give it a bash. "
