We had the pleasure of spending a wonderful weekend celebrating both my son’s birthday and my own. Choosing Meliá Casa Maya proved to be an excellent decision. The dining options were outstanding, the water park provided great entertainment for the children, the beach was beautiful, and the hotel’s location was ideal. I would like to especially acknowledge Emanuel, our beach server, who was exceptionally attentive and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the day. I also extend my thanks to our housekeeper, who maintained our room to the highest standard of cleanliness during our stay. "The hotel has been expanded since the 1980's, and has several pools. We were not able to purchase drinks by the pool as we needed to go buy a coupon at the front desk, which was inconvenient. You really needed transportation to leave the hotel for supper or lunch as there were not any restaurants that close. Overall, the property was well maintained and the staff was very helpful. Wi-fi in the room was a great help."
