"Such a lovely place and the staff were so nice and accommodating!"

"From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and attentive, showing care in every detail. The check-in process was quick and simple, and we were greeted with smiles and custom mocktails to ease the process. We were escorted to our gorgeous, ocean view room, with absolutely breathtaking scenery of flowing gardens and the sea. "The pool was lovely. The gym was great(not many heavy weights) but good overall. The stairs to the private beach (85 total) were easy to navigate. I love the location. We are already planning on coming back."

"The property itself is very nice. And the staff is very friendly. The front desk always felt like a nightmare. Nothing happened quickly and there’s always an attempt to sell you on a timeshare. We had a $300 daily credit which conveniently every time we tried to use they had no record of until we showed them proof of it then it was magically found “in their other system.” It felt sketchy and as if we were being played. In the end, they honored the credit but it was a battle each time."

"Pros: Beautiful property nice pools, clean, friendly staff, nice rooms with great air conditioning. Cons: Food prices are higher than expected but that seems to be common in all the hotels. Definitely Los Angeles prices. But if you venture out to the city there’s a ton of cheap options."
