"Best all inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed at! 10/10"

"the resort was phenomenal! i really enjoyed all the food and all the culture behind it all! all the staff was welcoming & really did their part to make everything catered to everyone who was there. thank you again & cant wait to return!"

"Our stay was nice overall, but the dinner situation was unnecessarily complicated. Due to the weather, staff rescheduled our reservation at Boca Steakhouse. Unfortunately, one hostess was extremely unprofessional, insisting we had no reservation despite it being rebooked by your staff. She made no effort to help, leaving us hungry and frustrated until another hostess stepped in. I wish I had gotten her name so management could address the situation. We paid for an all-inclusive experience, and...

"Property has become a little run down. Food was still good and service was decent. Staff generally helpful."

"Todo excelente"

"Todo de primera"

"room with private pool was nice"

"The quality of food was better than other resorts that I visited so far.pools were nice and clean. Entertainment was very weak, rooms were old and need renovations . The worst part was that for any food you got even a bottle of water they ask you to sign a bill which was very annoying. I wouldn’t go to this resort again."

"Rooms were a bit dated. Hallways were dirty. Elevators were non working in areas and dirty as well. Dress code restrictions and no reservation option made eating a challenge for a beach resort. Definitely over priced. Slow room service. Pools were nice but no staff taking orders around pool as would be expected at an all inclusive resort. Would not go there again."

"Beautiful, very well Maintained property with amazing ocean views. A special thank you to Reuben our concierge. He was very helpful. Reuben made our stay rven more special. The entire staff was wonderful."

"All the staff were amazing we could not find our car keys and all the staff /housekeeping, security ,front desk were so helpful. A big thank you to all"

"We had a wonderful couple of days here with family and friends. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The kids had a great time in the lazy river and the food everywhere was incredible. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. I gave it a four star because I feel there needs to be a bit more for kids to do as there isn’t much. We had 11-13 yr olds and I feel if there’s a teen lounge, ping pong something extra it would be amazing!"

"One of our most favorite resorts to stay at in San Jose Del Cabo. Great for couples and families!"
